Structural remediation and podium waterproofing addressing systemic water ingress across all elevations.
A full-scale remedial investigation and rectification of a high-density residential development suffering systemic water ingress and structural deterioration. Diagnostic site investigations traced the leaks to their sources before any repair was specified.
The major works covered balcony membrane replacements, waterproofing of the elevated courtyard slab, reinstatement of perimeter cavity flashings and parapet coping upgrades across all elevations. We prepared the remedial design package and scope of works, ran the contractor tender, and stayed on for quality assurance through to handover.
