A large two-level Catholic church built over a four-tier underground car park. All slabs and beams were conventionally reinforced, and the church structure above had to be carried down through the car park levels without compromising the parking layout.
The role covered design and construction management, managing the principal contractor on site, holding the budget and running variations and extensions of time, and making sure the works were built to the specification and the relevant standards.
