Coastal concrete repair and façade protection — spalling repairs, high-durability liquid membranes and new parapet capping.
A targeted façade and waterproofing renewal of luxury harbourfront apartments in an aggressive coastal environment, where salt-laden air accelerates reinforcement corrosion and shortens the life of exposed finishes.
The works included concrete spalling repairs, high-durability liquid membrane systems to the exposed balconies, replacement of damaged cavity flashings and custom aluminium parapet capping. We set the concrete repair methodology and durability design, inspected and signed off the waterproofing, liaised with the strata committee and carried out superintendent duties.
