Courtyard, balcony and parapet remediation to stop leakage into lower-level garages and living areas.
A major remediation of an established residential apartment complex, addressing extensive water leakage into the lower-level garages and living areas. Leak investigation and water testing pinned down the failing elements before the scheme was designed.
The key works involved complete removal and re-installation of the courtyard and balcony waterproofing systems, replacement of defective cavity flashings and custom metal parapet capping. We produced the technical specification and detail drawings, then superintended the works and managed progress through to completion.
