A major remediation of an established residential apartment complex, addressing extensive water leakage into the lower-level garages and living areas. Leak investigation and water testing pinned down the failing elements before the scheme was designed.
The key works were courtyard waterproofing works — complete removal and re-installation of the courtyard waterproofing systems — together with the same treatment to the balconies and replacement of defective cavity flashings. We produced the technical specification and detail drawings, then superintended the works and managed progress through to completion.
