Remedial engineering for a commercial building in the Norwest business precinct.
One of a portfolio of Sydney commercial and industrial buildings remediated under our director's leadership. The portfolio covered waterproofing, concrete spalling and structural repair, façade works, blast and paint, corrosion protection, and structural re-strengthening, with tenders and the construction phase managed through to completion.
