Structural strengthening, roof waterproofing works and façade waterproofing — spalling treatment, re-waterproofing and new perimeter flashings.
An integrated structural repair and waterproofing campaign on a multi-storey residential development. Concrete spalling on structural beams and slab edges was treated and the members strengthened to our design details.
Alongside the structural work, the scope included roof waterproofing works, with a new membrane over the rooftop and plant areas, balcony re-waterproofing, new perimeter cavity flashings and coping capping sheet replacement. We prepared the remedial scope, produced the strengthening details and provided on-site engineering support and RFI responses through construction.
