Structural strengthening and façade waterproofing — spalling treatment, re-waterproofing and new perimeter flashings.
An integrated structural repair and waterproofing campaign on a multi-storey residential development. Concrete spalling on structural beams and slab edges was treated and the members strengthened to our design details.
Alongside the structural work, the scope included balcony re-waterproofing, new perimeter cavity flashings and coping capping sheet replacement. We prepared the remedial scope, produced the strengthening details and provided on-site engineering support and RFI responses through construction.
