Site-wide waterproofing and masonry rectification across multiple residential blocks.
A site-wide remedial upgrade across the multiple residential blocks of a strata community. Rectification works included membrane replacements to many balconies, common-area courtyard waterproofing, integration of new brickwork cavity flashings, parapet wall capping and treatment of corroding structural steel.
We carried out remedial engineering superintendency across the site, ran quality control inspections as each stage was completed, and managed the budget and payment milestone sign-offs.
