Podium and courtyard remediation over basements, with balcony membranes and structural steel protection.
A large-scale remedial project on a commercial and residential multi-unit site, covering waterproofing of the elevated podium and courtyards over the basements, balcony membrane re-application, masonry cavity flashing upgrades, coping capping works and protective coating of the structural steel.
We acted as lead remedial design engineer, then administered construction as superintendent, managing RFIs and compliance sign-offs through to completion.
