Courtyard renewal and building-envelope waterproofing to resolve persistent damp and water penetration.
Extensive building envelope remediation of a multi-level strata block, focused on resolving persistent damp and water penetration. A forensic water ingress assessment established where the water was getting in before the repairs were designed.
The scope covered deep-slab courtyard waterproofing, complete balcony floor re-sheeting and tile re-laying, sub-floor drainage, retrofitting of lost cavity flashings and wall capping repairs. We prepared the detailed design and specification, provided site engineering oversight, managed the trades and certified progress claims.
