Remedial engineering for a residential strata building on the lower North Shore.
One of a portfolio of Sydney residential strata buildings remediated under our director's leadership. The portfolio covered waterproofing, concrete spalling and structural repair, façade works, protective coatings and corrosion protection, and structural re-strengthening, with tenders and the construction phase managed through to completion.
A detailed case study for this building is being prepared.
