Structural roof reconstruction and full building-envelope remediation — new timber and steel roof, membranes, cavity flashings and concrete repair.
A comprehensive structural and waterproofing overhaul of a multi-storey residential complex. The works centred on the full design and construction of new timber and steel roof structures, structural timber framing and a complete roof replacement.
Beyond the roof, the scope ran across the whole building envelope: extensive balcony and courtyard membrane replacements, cavity flashing upgrades, wall capping details and concrete spalling repairs. We managed design and construction, specified the waterproofing and flashing details, and acted as superintendent through site inspections and handover.
