Balcony and building-envelope structural remediation across all elevations.
A comprehensive waterproofing and structural repair program for a residential apartment block. The works included an overhaul of the balcony waterproofing membranes, new cavity flashings, wall capping works and concrete spalling repairs across all elevations of the building.
We managed the design and engineering, produced the waterproofing and flashing details, and acted as site superintendent with regular reporting to the owners.
